Manstone Cottage, Yattendon

Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. Spacious and elegantly furnished, with private parking the cottage is the ideal get away for couples, families or small groups. Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley.

The Annexe has a double bedroom, bathroom + bath & shower, living room, kitchenette & 2 sleeping platforms. Central heating & wifi, TV & secure parking. We are a 30 min walk from the station and buses and taxis are easily available. Nearest EV chargers available at Morrisons, Goldsworth Rd. Others 10mins from house, details on request.

Close to London, M4 and M3 5 mins walk to The Lexicon town centre, for restaurants, bars and shopping.

The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.

Our home sits on the beautiful river Thames in Wraysbury near Windsor. The river runs past the end of the garden. There is a large west facing terrace, from the master bedroom. There is a large living room, kitchen and dinning room. 3 double bedrooms. There's parking for 2 cars in the garden. Windsor, Windsor castle and Lego land are about 20mins away my car. From Wraysbury station you can get into London Waterloo in 42mins. Heathrow is only 15mins drive away.
