Inspiring Skyline Views From a Hip Loft in SoMa

Brew coffee in a kitchen with bold wood cabinets, then curl up with a book on a cushioned bench set along floor-to-ceiling windows offering skyline views. Modern furnishings and colorful decor forge a trendy vibe within this bright loft apartment. The loft has all imported fixtures and finishes from Italy. It has Ralph Lauren deep brown carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom/office and polished concrete on the main level. There is also remote controlled blinds on the main windows and skylights. Access to the whole area described in the Summary. I can be available 24/7 at least the first and last day of their stay. Though likely at all times. The South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood has a lot of restaurants, bars and night clubs to enjoy. It is also very close to the Moscone Center. 3 1/2 blocks away from Civic Center BART/Muni Station. 20 minute walk to downtown. 4 blocks away from Moscone Center. 20 minute walk to AT&T Park SoMa is a hip neighborhood with a ton of restaurants to choose from, bars and night clubs, start-up companies around, close to the Moscone Center.

Beautiful, 648 sq foot, fully-furnished 2-floor studio with ocean views, 2 miles north of Gualala across from Cooks Beach, above a garage behind the main house. This is a cozy but stunning space, with a bank of three big, brand-new skylights providing ocean views, amazing light, and views from every window. The lower full bath and kitchen / dining room is to the side of the garage, 384 sq feet and lets out to small private patio and attached small greenhouse with citrus trees and herbs.

This spacious guest space is a symphony of opposites. Central location close to Muni & BART, yet tucked away on a quiet alley. Lively Hayes Valley with plenty of delicious restaurants just steps away yet a fully stocked kitchen for eating at home. Edwardian bones (1894) yet fully renovated in 2004 to be an open floor plan for a spacious contemporary feeling. Your own separate entry makes it your own private home away from home.
