Ideally located 5 minutes drive from TAHITI FAA'A airport, this luxury apartment of 100m2 will make you spend an unforgettable time on Tahiti for your business trips or tourism. Decorated by the architecture firm Anapa Studio ©, this apartment on the 4th and last floor of a unique residence in Tahiti offers a breathtaking view of the island of Moorea. The apartment has large volumes with a ceiling height of 3m. Rooms have 4-star bedding . The master bedroom of 17m2 has a king size bed and is equipped with a dressing room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90cm / 2m that can be mated to give one single king size bed. All the equipment of the apartment is of very high quality. Fully Equipped Kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Induction, Fridge Dispenser Ice, Dishwasher, Nespresso) TV 4K sony, SONOS audio system, very high speed internet , NETFLIX Washing machine, dryer The residence is located 3 minutes walk from the seaside. The residence has a magnificent 20meters long swimming pool. The residence also has a beautiful fully equipped air-conditioned fitness room with latest generation of training equipment. At 3mn walk from the residence, the park VAIPOOPOO offers a recreation area for children, typical food places called "Roulottes". PAPEETE, the capital is accessible by car in 10 minutes by the RDO. A 24/24 supermarket open 7/7 is also available within 10 minutes walk. Marina Taina with its restaurants and diving clubs is 10 minutes walk. Finally, 5mn to walk, you will reach a delicatessen with champagne, cheese, and wine. Our concierge "Brice" will be at your disposal throughout your stay to answer your questions. Villa luxueuse avec Jacuzzi située au Legends Résidences sur l'île de Moorea. Vue imprenable sur l'océan et la montagne, parfaitement dégagée car implantée à 100m de hauteur sur la colline face à la passe de Taotai. La villa Moana se trouve au fond d'une allée calme et jouit d'une des plus belles vues de la résidence. Elle est équipée de tous les équipements de confort moderne dans le but de vous offrir un séjour inoubliable. Accès aux commodités de la résidence (piscine, cours de tennis, ...)

Iaorana, manava e maeva Situé dans l'une des plus belles résidences de Polynésie Française, l'appartement élégant, spacieux, moderne et très bien équipé sera un parfait pied à terre pour séjourner à Tahiti. Facile d'accès, il est proche de toute commodités (aéroport à 7min, centre commercial à 4min, centre-ville, ferries pour Moorea, parc Paofai). Vue sur la mer, 1 parking couvert, piscine de 25m de long et une salle de sport qui donnent sur la mer et la vallée. C'est un endroit idéal!

Mon logement est à moins d'un kilomètre des snacks, restaurants, hypermarchés, dancing. La plongée, randonnée, baignade sont à 5 minutes en voiture et la vague de Teahupoo à 10. Vous apprécierez le lieu pour sa végétation luxuriante, sa vue sur la montagne, les bungalows typiques. Vous adorerez le bruit du vent dans les cocotiers ainsi que la piscine... inoubliable. Ce bungalow équipé d'une kitchenette est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.
