The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Easy access to Sheppard Air Force base, castaway cove water park, Lucy park with bike trails and local downtown. The country chateau is a warm welcoming house that was built in 1925 and still has many of the traditional features. Hardwood floors, oven, large bath tub and large rooms. Inside you will find calm colors and a cozy feeling to relax and rest during your stay. The vintage kitchen is fully equipped.

Welcome to our comfy cozy fully-furnished casita in our beautifully landscaped charming historic neighborhood! This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

The MPEC Event Center and the downtown area is only a short 10 minute drive away. Whatever brings you to town, we are close enough to it all.

The tiny house is located at the back of our property nestled in the trees and faces toward the 148 acres behind us so you will have total privacy. Cruise down the backroads while you pass through all the fields of green and tons of beautiful land full of wildlife! Come experience country living in a tiny house!

Effie's Homestead

Our 3 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath renovated guesthouse, originally built around 1900, sits on an acre on the edge of Circled Bar Ranch, 4 miles west of the city of Bowie. Spacious, inviting interior combines modern comfort with a touch of ranching family heritage. Guests may enjoy country living while experiencing Bowie's eclectic shops, dining, local festivals and activities, and Second Monday Trade Days. Wifi and satellite TV are available. Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
