Located in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, this homely stay offers a cozy bedroom, your own bathroom and kitchenette, wifi, and a balcony to enjoy the Spring air. Whilst it is attached to a house that has other residents, your space is fully contained, with your own entrance to ensure comfort and privacy during your stay. It’s a short walk from Wilston Train Station(4 stops from Central Station), the RBWH hospital, and is close to many shops and restaurants. Free street parking is available.

Welcome to your private studio apartment located under my 100 year old Queenslander in Albion. The apartment is fully self contained with - kitchenette - separate lounge - one bedroom - private patio - bathroom with shower - washer and dryer Located 5 minutes walk from Albion train station and 4 stops to the airport we are centrally located just 10 minutes by car from the CBD and only 3 stops by train. I live upstairs with my poodle Sphinx and we are totally respectful of your privacy.

There is a great view from the balcony of Kedron Brook. The home is ideal for business travellers, singles, couples and those with children and it’s a short drive to the City, the RNA Showground, Westfield Chermside, Royal Brisbane & Womens Hospital, the Prince Charles & Holy Spirit Northside Hospital.

This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. It is a short walk to a lovely coffee shop and the bus stop, close to the shopping village and train station, and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.

This self-contained and private studio is located close to the Brisbane CBD, Brisbane Airport and Fortitude Valley. With secure and separate access, you can easily come and go as you please. Located only minutes walk from transport hubs (Northern Busway and Albion Train Station), Lutwyche City Shopping Centre, vibrant cafes & restaurants. Only certain dog breeds are accepted as we have a child on the premises. If your dog is 15kg or larger please send a request before booking.

This home is a great option for longer stays, with full kitchen, laundry and plenty of outdoor space and space to relax and spread out. Air conditioning now in the bedroom downstairs and the upstairs living room.
