Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

The cottage offers the perfect peaceful spot for exploring the picturesque villages and ancient towns of one England's most beautiful areas. Easy reach for Clarkson’s Farm, Soho Farm House and Daylesford.

Reconnect with nature at this stunning Cotswold escape. Soak. Soak in the hot tub or sit by the fire after a country walk. This ancient stone barn is a perfect rural getaway. Large private garden and patio. The Wild Sauna is also on site by appointment. The barn sits in a secluded valley down a country track with easy access to footpaths, bridleways and cycle routes to some of the best locations in the Cotswolds. This home will leave you feeling revived and inspired.

Relaxing retreat on the edge of the Cotswolds

The house is situated 10 minutes away from Moreton In Marsh, a beautiful cotswolds town with great train links to London, as well as being close to Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace). The village has a great pub which is 1/2 a mile down a single track lane from the studio. Guests will be welcomed by either myself, Jo or Ken. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful location. Situated in the farm courtyard with stunning open views. Located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic tourist sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view.

IDYLLIC COSY WEST WING CLOSE TO CHIPPING CAMDEN

Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax
