The Tenant House has a rich history on Main Street in downtown Richmond. Guests have access to all shared spaces I will be available 24/7 for contact via text, call, email, or in person. Information about the surrounding area and the unit will be provided. Walk to the latest downtown venues and jog round nearby parks from this location, directly across from the Richmond Visitors Center. Eastern Kentucky University is also convenient for here, while many places to eat and drink are on the doorstep.

1791 Cabin on Historic Horse Farm

This rare 1791 log cabin is located on Houstondale Farm, a working horse farm in the renowned Bluegrass region of Ky. You can stroll to the barn and visit the horses or enjoy the peace and quiet before relaxing at the pool, complete with a grill and outdoor dining area. It is a scenic 22 minute drive from the Ky Horse Park, 25 minutes from Lexington, and 30 minutes from Keeneland Race Track. Even with the remote feel of the farm you will only be a mile from Walmart, shops & downtown Paris.

Centrally located in Richmond, KY with easy access to I-75. The house is a 6 minute drive to downtown Richmond and Eastern Kentucky University. A new park is 3 minutes away. Several grocery stores are close; 10 minute drive from restaurants and entertainment. The new Richmond Sports Complex and Lexington Sporting Club Youth Complex are an easy, short drive away. This charming house is great for a couple, two couples, or a family visiting the area! Guests breaking house rules will be vacated.

6 unique cozy and newly built cabins located in the beautiful and serene Red River Gorge area. Family owned and operated, Behind the Door Property Consulting. Less than 15 minutes for Miguels & Nada Tunnel, 45 minutes from Lexington, KY, and easy access to local Kroger. Each property has a dedicated outdoor grill and there are 3 shared fire pits on property. These are cabins in RRG and each cabin is equipped with internet, but cell service and internet can be spotty as is the whole area!

Easy access to I-64, I-75, and Mountain Parkway - gateway to Appalachia.

Enjoy the spectacular views of the Kentucky River from this second-floor studio. Located within an easy walk of hiking trails and dining. Visit the Waterfront Grill or Hall’s on the River. A tasting at the winery just a few minutes away will sweeten your stay. For more play, kayak rental is nearby. This property is nestled on the riverbank. You will encounter bugs if you are enjoying the outdoors. We have regular exterminations, but an occasional cob web is to be expected.

The Carriage Inn - 1-bdrm apt in historic downtown

Centrally located in historic downtown Winchester with views of the county courthouse. Apartment is upstairs in a building that was originally used as a carriage repair shop. It is within walking distance to lots of unique shops and restaurants and the Bluegrass Heritage Museum. Walk or drive to the Farmers Market (seasonal) on historic Depot Street on Saturday mornings. The Red River Gorge/Natural Bridge area is 40 minutes east. Lexington is a short 20-30 minutes west.

The Winchester Retreat

Welcome to the Winchester Retreat! We are located right off of I-64 in Winchester, just 30 minutes from both Lexington and the Red River Gorge. We're right down the street from Winchester's downtown, boasting restaurants, breweries, and shops. Pet friendly!! Come spend an evening by the fire pit and whip up a great dinner using our fully equipped kitchen or charcoal grill. We're also close to Legacy Grove Park, complete with a walking trail and dog park.
