The cottage is located on our 80 acre farmstead in the bucolic rolling hills of Western Wisconsin just over an hour from the Twin Cities. Relax, create, or dream in this peaceful setting. Cherish time with loved ones. Hike along the creek, woodlands and fields. Enjoy the plentiful birds and wildlife. Bring your bike in the summer, and snow shoes in the winter. Cozy up to the wood stove with a hot beverage. Work remotely with our high speed WiFi. We welcome up to two dogs for an additional fee.

Oak Hill Retreat

Country location, peaceful and quiet. Apartment above detached garage, full kitchen, small deck and private stairway with beautiful view of the surrounding trees. Easily accessible, 3 miles from I-94 and St. Hwy. 29, 1/2 way between the university cities of Eau Claire and Menomonie, 1 1/4 hours from St. Paul/Minneapolis. There is a growing art and music scene, with multiple music festivals, etc. The area also has fine restaurants, theaters, parks, and historical sites. Come to be restored.

Hello & Welcome to our new home away from home! Our completely renovated and updated rental is fully furnished for your convenience. Located in a quiet neighborhood five blocks from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and 11 blocks from historic downtown Menomonie. Offering two bedrooms and one bath, along with a full daybed and a twin trundle, easily sleeping seven people. Our rental is a perfect home base for business travelers, college parents or vacationers just looking to enjoy and relax!

Private entrance 1/4 of our ranch home all the privacy you need. Just 6 miles from Menomonie and 1 mile from Downsville, enjoy birdsong mornings, nearby trails, and starry nights. Spot birds from the yard, bike or ski the Red Cedar Trail, or grab a fresh pastry and local brew at Scatterbrain Café. Quiet, scenic, and relaxing—your retreat awaits.

Very private, country, wildlife, & comfort of home

Close to the St. Croix River and the Twin Cities. 2 State Parks within 10 minutes, and great dining in Hudson, River Falls, & Stillwater. Perfect for couples and family adventurers. 35 minutes from MSP and 1.5 miles off I-94. When things green up during spring and summer, it is a park like setting. Fall brings beautiful brilliant color. Winter brings cross county skiing, snowshoeing, tubing, and hiking. A treasure for nature enthusiasts. Natural setting with woods, deer, birds, turkeys.

Water's Edge House on Tainter Lake

Gorgeous little house with cap cod feel, right on the water. We call this baby "Water's Edge on Tainter Lake". Perfect way for a quick escape from the Twin cities, only 50 minutes away. Fish off the permanent dock on the water. Beautiful views and sunsets on a fun, active recreational lake. Short boat ride to Jake's super club. Some guests say its a "private location", but we are on a very active lake with houses close by. Please read our "other details to note" for more info.

Kamshire Valley (Main Cabin)

25 minutes from Menomonie (UW-Stout), 45 minutes to Eau Claire, 1 hr 15 minutes to MN. Kamshire Valley's Main Cabin offers an abundance of wildlife viewing, an inviting large brick patio and firepit, miles of trails for snowshoeing, hiking and cross-country skiing. Has 1 bedroom with Queen bed; If you need more rooms we have 2 additional rustic cabins (air, heat-no bathroom) that are available for additional $50/ cabin/night. The best nature has to offer, bring your camera!

ReStyle & Co House

Welcome to our cute and cozy city farmhouse! The house is located right on Hwy 63 on the ReStyle & Co property with easy access to I94 and many amenities including easy access to Minneapolis/St. Paul! You will have the bonus of being able to shop at our Retail Home Interiors & Fashion Shop open Thurs-Sunday! Need a girls weekend...this is the perfect spot...how about a family wedding or a hockey tournament this is your ideal location.

Cottage in Porcupine Valley - beautiful location

Beautiful, beautiful cabin. Nested in the middle of the Porcupine Valley, this cabin is a place for you to find rest and relaxation. Sitting on the front porch and listening to the birds is probably the best part of the cabin. Attractive flower beds, large yard, spacious interior, pond, and creek. Back porch, front porch, and upper balcony. Great for a family getaway or a low-key long weekend away from the city.

Spacious Country Studio/Loft

Our spacious 900 sq. ft. studio/loft was once the art studio used by a local children’s book illustrator. You will notice some of her artwork and photos displayed throughout. The studio was designed with the intention of accommodating 2– 4 people. Our studio is beautiful, peaceful and private. Extra sanitizing practices are being taken for your safety.
