The Cottage is a small house, with a queen size bed, side table, dresser, a side chair and an Armoire. The Bathroom is small, but has a large walk in shower. The kitchen is set up with lots of cabinets and comes complete with a small table and 2 stools, it has a large refrigerator, an apartment size stove and a Microwave

The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

If you're looking to spend the weekend or even a week at our little oasis around Buffalo Springs Lake - then we have your space! Fishing, swimming, boating and all sorts of water activities. This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. Buffalo Springs Lake is located 5 miles east of Lubbock, Tx and is a gated lake with a marina for launching boats or jet skis. It has a restaurant and often has events occurring during the weekends.
