You have a private keyed entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite in a bungalow home with off street parking. The King Hill House

This is a tastefully renovated, 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath farm house right off interstate 89. Inside you will find a giant mudroom with laundry, a large kitchen that is open to the dining room and living space. It is 10 minutes to downtown New London, 15 minutes to Mount Sunapee and 25 minutes to Ragged Mountain.
