Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You will have the entire main floor unit to yourself and 1 acre of land for all guests to share. We are 25 mins from Kings Island and Wilmington Ohio. 5 min. from Vally Vinyards. Right in between Dayton and Cincinnati. Mins from canoeing and arts. 20 minutes from Roberts Arena. We will strive to make your trip enjoyable and comfortable! This is a two unit home. There is a downstairs unit as well that is completely separate.

A third guest can also enjoy the cozy sleeping nook with twin bed and a 4th guest on our roll-away bed.

Unwind and relax in this cozy little guest space, located in southern Ohio. The main area is a small kitchen/dining/living area combined. The kitchen has a fridge, 2 burner electric stove, coffee maker, teapot, and other essentials. 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The entire space is for guests. There is a locked door and hallway between the apartment and the remainder of the house, where the owner lives. It is our goal to provide a clean and comfy place for you to stay!

Our cozy place is ideal for both the romantic wanderer or for the working businessperson. It sits in the center of Centerville's Uptown District amid restaurants and boutiques. You'll have easy and quick access to Dayton, the Air Force base and its terrific museum. I’ve placed a guide to my favorite Wright Brother’s spot. You'll enjoy chatting with apple’s HomePod. Apartment on Main-close to CU and Bike Trail

If you are visiting your child at Cedarville University (CU) or looking to jump on the Bike Trail for a beautiful day ride, this is the place for you! CU is a short 2 min drive through downtown Cedarville. The Bike Trail is located on the South end of town making it a mere 0.3 miles away. We are also close to The Historic Clifton Mill (7 min), Young's Jersey Dairy (15 min), Yellow Springs (12 min), Greene County Fairgrounds (15 min).

Walnut Street Guest House

Extremely comfortable queen mattress with pillow top in cozy room, one block from downtown and five minute walk to trails with waterfalls. NO Kitchen, but has a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot with coffee, tea, sugar and purified water. - Additional 3% Village of Yellow Springs lodging tax due upon reservation.

Cozy 2 bedroom apartment close to Cedarville U

This basement apartment is fully furnished for your stay, with all bedding and towels and washcloths provided. The apartment is only about 1/2 mile from Cedarville University. It is a basement with a low ceiling, but it is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Guests will need to descend and ascend one flight of stairs.

My place is close to Greater Miami Valley Bike Path, University of Dayton, art and culture, restaurants and dining, shopping, family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the location, location, location. Please note that booking must be for 25 nights or more.
