Enjoy all the benefits of our Iconic location steps away from the Intracoastal Waterway, famous WB Drawbridge and of course the beach! Take a stroll to FishHouse Grill or Dockside for sunset cocktails or a waterfront lunch. Skip the parking fees, grab bikes and cruise over the bridge for a day on the beach then retreat back to your shady front porch!

Historic Downtown Wilmington

Enjoy downtown experience nightlife in stylish condo downtown Wilmington. Walk to restaurants and waterfront, 2 story unit with main living downstairs, upstairs a king size bed, seating unit with view of Cape Fear River bridge. Bar on 5th floor to party then to condo, can get very, very loud especially the weekends- late evening into 2 AM. Don't book if it will bother you. Ear plugs provided/sound machine, paid parking garage. Live Oak Bank Pavilion 22 min walk. No smoking, vaping or drugs

Cape Fear River Condo cannot be beaten with its location! It's in the heart of downtown and a short walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. The best feature of the space is the beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chairs or end the night with a glass of wine while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.

The Convention Center is a 10-minute walk. Live Oak Pavilion is a 20-minute walk. Parking pass to the nearby covered deck included.

It's old, but it is full of charm!
