With miles of marsh on one side, & the Back River flowing to the ocean on the other, enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Use the salty beach bikes, kayaks, canoe, jump off the dock, build a (responsible) fire in the pit, or relax on the patio. This cozy downstairs suite has its own entrance in a private home. Marsh Top Suite - No Clean Fees!

This is a private master suite with private staircase, balcony, and entrance. The balcony overlooks the marsh, river, and ocean in the distance. Suite is locked off from the rest of the house and there is no shared space. King bed, 60 inch flat screen, large master bath with walk in shower, large master closet. Suite has own thermostat. Mini- fridge, microwave, and pod coffee maker with supplies provided. You are welcome to play basketball or use backyard. No guests are allowed in the pool.

The neighborhood itself is a 5 minute drive or short bike ride from grocery stores and restaurants, down the street from the neighborhood boat launch ramp, as well as nature preserve with paved trails that lead to YMCA. The house is ideal for your vacation!

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Totally renovated on the inter-coastal waterway. With two porches overlooking the water this is the perfect spot to relax. Or be part of it all because you are in between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and marinas in Thunderbolt (this is on the same side of the bridge as the marinas and restaurants of Thunderbolt- sometimes the map shows it across but it is really on the same side and an easy nice walk).
