Open living area and well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher & oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Parking is unreserved for only ONE vehicle.

The views from the living room include ocean, oceanfront pool , beach bar and grill, and pond with fountain. The villa is full of amenities including beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and much more.

Pelican’s Playground is located on a quite, low traffic street. It is approximately a 3 minute walk to the beach. However, you only have to walk a few steps out the door to the pool/patio area. Tybee Island is an undiscovered beach town off the coast of Georgia, and just a hop and a skip away from beautiful historic Savannah.
