I love hosting guests on my property and the reviews say it all! Studio apartment with king size bed, very peaceful area yet 8 blocks to all the action on Tybrisa Street & Pier, 3 blocks to the grocery store, back river and fishing peir for perfect sunsets! 4 blocks to the beach! This is an attached apartment but completely private. Enjoy your private patio with umbrella, sun or shade are abundant! 420 (outside only) & LGBTQ friendly!! There is no need for a car! Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. Beachfront gated no smoking complex on quiet North end of Tybee. No pets allowed. The 3rd floor condo with elevator assess faces the Savannah Bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony while you watch the big cargo ships pass by or dolphins playing in the surf. There is no wave action unless a big ship comes by.
