Our country home is nestled in a peaceful wooded area overlooking Lake Champlain and the VT Green Mtns . The 900 sq ft Loft is private and welcoming, with many thoughtful details for your comfort and total relaxation. Cuddle up with comfy chairs, cozy throws and an abundance of books and magazines. It is so quiet, and the beds so comfortable, that a restful night's sleep is almost a guarantee. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing opportunities abound with water access close-by. Very kid-friendly.

"Beau Overlook Cottage" perched high on the banks of the BOQUET RIVER, with sweet sounds of water tumbling over river rocks below. This home is situated 2 miles north of the Lake Champlain ~ Boquet River Delta. The beautiful LAKE scene at the sandbar of the delta must be seen to be appreciated. This relaxing sanctuary will provide an upscale and sophisticated home, whose logistics cannot be beat!

Enjoy our fully renovated retreat, thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind. This cozy, modern house is perfect for relaxing, recharging, and exploring. Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. Outside, enjoy the grill & fire pit. Beach access is just half a mile away. There is a studio attached to the house with its own separate entrance that may be occupied by us, the owners.

It blends character & charm with all the amenities & comforts of a modern home. Decorated in elevated "camp style" it's filled with unique items, vintage finds, original art & comfortable, cozy beds.

Quiet 3 Bedroom Cottage on Lake Champlain

You'll have a relaxing visit at this cozy, comfortable family camp. Enjoy swimming, kayaking and hiking. Explore gorgeous Lake Champlain or enjoy the view from the porch. The sunrises are spectacular! Lake Champlain is known for great year-round fishing. Tip: Bring your water shoes for maximum swimming comfort. Hop on the Essex Ferry to Vermont to experience shopping, art, restaurants and museums. The Shelburne Museum and ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain are perfect for families.

The Lake House Retreat

This charming Adirondack home recently renovated sits on 3 beautiful acres with Lake Champlain beachfront. Enjoy the beauty around from the large screened-in porch of this lovely 3 bedroom, 3 full-bath home (handicapped accessible). Walk the short tree lined path to access the lake where you can swim, fish, kayak or simply sit and enjoy the spectacular views. Relax with a good book or enjoy time with family and friends! (Stairs to the beach may be difficult for people with ambulatory issues).

Willsboro Point Waterfront Retreat

Relax and rejuvenate in our rustic waterfront cabin on the shores of beautiful Lake Champlain. Swim, fish, boat or just relax and enjoy the spectacular views and soft breeze. We have 2 kayaks, a canoe and a row boat with life jackets available and a dock for guests. Play golf, tennis or pickle ball, locally. 35 min. to the heart of the Adirondack High Peaks for hiking enthusiasts. Approx. 1 hour drive to Lake Placid and Whiteface Mountain or visit Fort Ticonderoga to enjoy some history.

Adirondack A-Frame LakeChamplain

Have fun at this Vintage 1950's A-Frame. 1/3 acres lot great for campfires and croquet. Shared beach is just steps away. 30 minutes to Plattsburgh, 60 to Burlington. Public boat launch is 1 mile away. 2 upstairs bdrms with a double beds. The stairs/ladder are difficult for some people. Young children may not be comfortable with these stairs. The futon in the living rooms converts to a double bed as well. This is a very rustic cabin and not the Ritz Carlton. It will feel a bit like camping.

Modern House on Lake Champlain

Unplug and unwind in this renovated mid-century-modern inspired house on Lake Champlain in the Adirondack Park. Enjoy privacy and nature on the 3.5 acre lot with 200 feet of shore. The bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms. Relax in the soaking tub and watch a movie. Sink into an Adirondack chair, take in Mount Mansfield and be on the lookout for deer and other wildlife. Take a short hike through a cedar forest down to the shore. The house also serves as an art gallery for local artists.

The Farmhouse

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Adirondack Mountains, 'The Farmhouse' is a guest house attached to our home and provides a serene setting for you and your family. Hiking, camping, and woodland walks abound in the area, including a newly established trail less than 0.1 miles from the front door. Nearby Lake Champlain provides endless water oppourtunites, and Whiteface mountain, a 45 minute drive is a major ski and hiking destination. Ausable Chasm is a short 15 minutes away.
