Needles Pool Home next to Colorado River

Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

Cozy home away from home. Snowbirds and boaters welcome! Close to the River & nearby golf course. Ample parking for Boat & RV. Amazing backyard with swimming pool, sun lounging, fire pit, barbecuer, Tiki Hut & seating. Full laundry room with washer/dryer. Kitchen fully stocked w/pots/pans, dishes, silverware, spices, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender & Keurig.(K-pods & cream) Internet, Smart TV’s in family room & all bedrooms. Central air/heating, fireplace, & reverse osmosis for drinking.

The house has Plenty of room on either side for your Jet skis, side-by-side or boat! There is a boat launch less than 10 minutes away, the Avi casino has opened their Boat Launch to the public!

Welcome to our Desert Oasis. We have the perfect spot for you!! Enjoy a day at the lake, an afternoon on a Razor or a night at the casino our home is the spot to enjoy the beauty of Arizona desert. Enjoy Netflix on 80in TV or lounge in the volleyball pool(3.5 sides/5ft middle). BBQ and dine under covered patio. Friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Parking in driveway and street (no garage access) side parking for razors. no pets, NO SMOKING! ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS!!

Waterfront Colorado River Home with Private Dock!

Located in Mohave Valley, Arizona and directly across river from Needles Marina which has launch facilities, this property contains a deep water private dock to leave your boat in water all weekend. Grounds have ample parking for boats trailers, and personal water craft. You must see to believe! Our homes feature central air and heat, and are fully-furnished including all appliances, washer and dryer, TVs, WiFi and outdoor BBQ. Home also has incredible view of river and mountains

River Desert Oasis

The house has everything you could need for a weekend at the river. Enjoy morning coffee(provided). while seated under the large patio cover with fans BBQ, table (see pics). It will feel more like a home than an Airbnb. Near the water &, close to 3 launch ramps, and off-roading trails. Large driveway for an RV or boat. The house stays extra cool with A/C, solar screens, & blackout blinds. Your pet will ❤️ the doggy door. There is no garage access or parking in the backyard.

Close to stores, river and the casino. This two bedroom two bathroom home is very spacious and inviting. It has a large kitchen perfect for those who enjoy cooking at home and sitting with their loved ones over a good meal.
