Come and experience Sojourn Cabin, a getaway that will provide a perfect mix of tranquility and adventure. While it is stylish and comfortable, it also leaves you at nature's doorstep where you can explore all that the Alaskan wilderness has to offer: Summertime access to scenic hiking and biking trails; fishing on many nearby creeks & rivers; and accessible cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails in winter. You'll be a world away from it all, while still just 30 miles from the nearest town.

Nana's Cabin

Nana's Cabin is located on a private pond 4 miles from downtown. This charming log home was built by local builders for their mother. Guests can drive right to the front door. There is a full well equipped kitchen. Bathroom has tub w/shower, washer & dryer. One queen bed downstairs & a queen, a twin and 2 pull out beds upstairs. Note: The Denali National Park entrance is a 3 hour drive from Talkeetna! There is a 1/2 mile walking trail on the property and access to local bike and ski trails.

Simple Alaskan Beauty Cabin

A "Tiny Cabin", there is 1 full bed. No sleeper sofa. The kitchen counters are refurbished old barn doors, the long wall is pallet wood, the wood floors have been torched and sealed for a rustic look. The cabin is 12x20, perfect for two guests and a small child can sleep on the loveseat (not a pullout) There is one full bed in the cabin. It is a dry cabin, (no ability to shower) We do provide a counter top water system (5 gallon jugs) to freshen up and bottled water in the refrigerator.

Kayak or paddleboard, chill around the propane fire pit or cuddle up inside with the woodstove (supplemental, cabin has a forced air furnace!) 2 bedrooms, small room has a King bed, larger room has 2 Queen beds. Located near Willow Lake, close to public access, and the official start of the Iditarod dog sled race. Marked trails for snow machines, cross country skiing, and dog sled teams. Kayaking and boating on Willow Lake with several fishing spots in the area. Deshka River, Willow Creek. Gas, food, medical, churches. A great spot year round!
