On 5 private acres with Buffalo Mountain views, this 1-bedroom retreat is ideal for couples wanting more than a place to sleep. Private pond, star-gazing, a deck made for lingering, and hiking access — all wrapped in Blue Ridge stillness. FloydFest, the Jamboree, wineries, and the Blue Ridge Parkway are within easy reach. But most guests don't want to leave.

Our tiny house is beautifully appointed with everything you need to live (and work!) in luxury two miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and two miles from downtown Floyd, VA. Sleep soundly on the queen sized mattress topped with 4" memory foam. Cook your gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen—(we provide welcome mini loaf, organic coffee, half and half, sugar, rolled oats, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.) Spend the evening enjoying a campfire or relax on the porch swing.

Tucked beside a gently flowing creek, this cozy retreat is designed for mornings with coffee on the deck, afternoons spent unwinding outdoors, and evenings gathered around the fire beneath the stars. Listen to the sound of the water from the wraparound deck, relax in the private barrel sauna, or simply curl up with a good book while summer rain dances across the metal roof overhead.

Laurel Branch Cottage

The Laurel Branch Cottage is charming and ideally located near the Town of Floyd and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The cottage is surrounded by scenic family farms and near the West Fork of the Little River. Also, we are approximately 35 miles (45 min.) from Virginia Tech. The cottage includes a kitchen, bathroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, bedroom with spacious closet and queen bed, and an upstairs bedroom (outside stair access only) with another full bed.

Creekside Cabin w/ High Speed Internet

Our cabin offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 2 living areas. The cabin is approximately 6 miles off the Blue Ridge Parkway at Milepost 174. The cabin can accommodate up to 17 people and is perfect for family gatherings. A beautiful kitchen, WIFI, Directv service and 3 Flat screen televisions provide all the comforts of home. The large, covered front porch over looks a beautiful creek. Buffalo Mountain and the Mabry Mill are just 2 nearby places to visit..

Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.

The Farmer's Supply-Unit 202 in Downtown Floyd VA

The historic Farmer’s Supply building is one of the oldest buildings in Floyd. Located in the heart of Downtown Floyd, the family owned and operated Farmer's Supply building has recently been brought back to life and houses two commercial tenants and boutique units, known as The Farmer's Supply. With the addition of local photography and art, we hope to keep the local culture at the center of our guests' experience.

HIstoric Epperly MIll is located 1 mile from the light in downtown Floyd, yet maintains the privacy and serenity of the mountains with Dodd Creek cooling the landscape. With its central location, historic architecture, locally sourced materials, and hand crafted accents, there is no place like it. We have enjoyed restoring this great piece of Floyd history and look forward to sharing it with you.
