Our home offers a large Master bedroom en suite bath and a fully equipped kitchen for dining in. Fast WIFI, You Tube Tv, flat screens in every bedroom and living room . Garage parking, W/D, Keurig, complimentary organic coffee pods, and 3 cruiser bikes. There’s plenty of room to gather or have space for privacy. Enjoy historic downtown Franklin with a 6 block walk from the guest house to the 5 points center of downtown Franklin. Our guest house is a spacious 681 sq. ft. house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eating area, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, separate private entrance and one outdoor parking space next to the guest house and additional parking located on the street. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.

The Cottage on Roberts

Recently renovated! The Cottage on Roberts is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is all one level with the exception of a few steps that guests will need to climb to get into the house. If climbing stairs is an issue we can provide access by way of the back door, which has no steps. We can comfortably sleep and host 6 guests. The outdoor covered patio, backyard and kid's playset make this space great for all types of guests!
