This lovely Bungalow on 5 acres is nestled along 1000ft of the Boardman River. We have kayaks, hammock, outside dining/living area with fireplace, and hot tub. The property is surrounded by state land and trails, perfect for hiking, kayaking, side by sides, and snowmobiling. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic condiments. This property is the center of all northern Michigan has to offer centered near Turtle Creek Casino, Shanty Creek, Torch Lake, and Traverse City. This property is 7 miles from downtown Traverse City and the airport. It is a great place to relax and enjoy a large spacious home in the company of others. Skiing & Tubing is right around the corner.
