Perched on the bluffs between Heceta Head and Cape Perpetua, it offers a serene & spectacular oceanfront experience. Descend private stairs from the yard to the secluded beach below to access some of Oregon's best tide pools, agates & beachcombing. An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.

A magical stroll through the woods leads to the suspension bridge. You won't believe you're only minutes from town. Wear appropriate shoes as it is a short 2-minute hike to the tree house. At times, it can get a little slick.

The Cob House is a one-of-a-kind, hand-built retreat crafted from sand, clay, and straw, just like they did centuries ago. Drive down a long private road, set off of the HWY, to find a riverfront cabin amidst the lush Willamette National Forest. As you wind through the driveway you will find a sanctuary for relaxation, recreation, and comfort. A trail from the back deck will lead you down to the bank of the emerald waters of the McKenzie River. The McKenzie River Trail parallels the property, and is accessed from the private road to the cabin. The property has a campground setting, with river and forest views.
