Greystone Cottage is newly renovated, dog-friendly, and a 5 min walk to restaurants/shopping in the historic town of West Jefferson. The cottage has a mountain view, large gated porch, hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit with edison lights illuminating the outdoor area at night. The cottage is equipped with keyless entry, fiber optic high speed internet, smart TVs, washer and dryer, mini-split A/C and heat, and a fully functional kitchen. The two bedrooms have Sealy memory foam mattresses (Queen).

This is a fully furnished brick home in the foothills of NC. Convenient to and within 10 minutes of Carolina in the Fall, Merlefest, North Wilkesboro's Apple Festival, Wake Forest Baptist Health - Wilkes Medical Center, Kerr Scott Lake and Samaritan’s Purse. North Wilkesboro Speedway is 15 minutes away and the destinations of Boone, West Jefferson, Elkin, Sparta, Stone Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway are within 30. We are 40 miles to Appalachian Ski Mtn. and 55 to Sugar and Beech Mountain.

Guest suite is the entire front portion (approx 1000 sq ft) of our home. There are no shared interior spaces. Guest suite consists of 2 large bedrooms, living room, foyer, and large bathroom. Both bedrooms have large closets, TV, and new mattresses in 2024. Dedicated workspace and electric fireplace in front bedroom. Large living room with (non operational) fireplace and large TV. All 3 Tvs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc and high speed wifi. Large foyer with microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig.

Kick back and relax in this Luxurious mountain contemporary home located in the poplar subdivision of Cross Creek Farms, Blowing Rock NC. This home sits on a 2 acre lot with plenty of privacy and has an abundance of windows allowing the sunlight shine through and for you to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you. This 1 bedroom cozy bungalow can sleep up to 4 with a queen pull out sofa. Located in the Heart of Yadkin Valley surrounded by Vineyards, Breweries, antique shopping. Please let us know if you need the sofa bed made up for you. Yes we are Dog friendly. NO CATS!! YOU MUST add your pet to your reservation, there is a 50.00 pet fee. Don't not leave pets unattended.

This listing is for one side of the duplex. There is a shared parking area with the permanent resident of the other side of the duplex, but otherwise this listing is completely private- no shared interiors.
