Welcome to Rivah Dog Cottage. We pride ourselves in being dog friendly. Located in a peaceful cove just off the Rappahannock River, nature abounds with eagles and herons. Fish off the dock, drop the crab trap in, or just sit and take in the surroundings. Bring your boat or jet ski and ride up to the main river close by. Kayaks, fishing poles, life jackets, and floats are provided. Newly renovated kitchen. Infinity game table, plenty of board games, Peloton, and Strong Wifi! Fenced yard!

Welcome to Downings Farmhouse, a historic property in Virginia's beautiful Northern Neck, featuring 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 living room spaces, a formal dining room, and the historic original general store of the Downings area. With a waterfront state park close by and wineries to visit throughout the Northern Neck, this home is the perfect place to gather with family and friends for a fun and peaceful retreat - and also great for small groups when you just want a little space to yourself.

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

This house is perfect for a family getaway on the water. It looks over the Rappahannock river and is located 15 minutes from the nearest town: Tappahannock. With a sandy shore, a refinished dock, and all the floats you can handle, Changing Tide feels like a beach vacation without the crowds. Crabbing, fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing our house has everything you need and something for everyone. With a full kitchen and central air you can play all day and feel like you are home at night.
