Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Da es sich um unsere persönliche Wohnung handelt, ausgestattet mit ausgewählten Designermöbeln und privaten Gegenständen, bitten wir unsere Gäste, das Apartment mit derselben Sorgfalt zu behandeln, als wäre es ihr eigenes Zuhause.

Du urlaubst bei uns idyllisch am Waldesrand, unter der Burg Mödling gelegen, 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die historische Babenbergerstadt Mödling mit ihrem einmaligen mittelalterlichen Ambiente, Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants. Und wenn Du die Großstadt Wien besuchen willst, dann nimmst Du von Mödling aus den Zug nach Wien und stehst nach 30 Minuten vor dem Stephansdom in Wien im Stadtzentrum. Direkt von uns gibt es zahlreiche Wander- und Mountainbikerouten, und viel Kulturelles zu entdecken.

Ausgestattet mit einem gemütlichen Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch bietet sie ausreichend Platz für Familien, kleine Gruppen, Paare oder Alleinreisende. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne, die Toilette ist separat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schöne Terrasse mit Blick in den ruhigen, begrünten Innenhof – perfekt zum Entspannen.

We are located in the middle of the beautiful Ottakring district, not far from the Brunnenmarkt and the Ottakringer Brewery. Tram line 2 right outside the door takes you to all major sights in the city center in just 15 minutes without changing lines. Bus 10A also gets you to Schönbrunn Palace in about 15 minutes without changing lines.
