Exquisite and Comfort Atmosphere TOP CENTRAL

Beautiful apartment, ideal location few minutes from the train station and metro station, safe neighborhood, plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery store etc. Easy to walk to the main sites. Very clean. The apartment was exactly like the pictures, new, beautiful, bed was comfortable. You have to be careful using the shower as it will leak in the bathroom or the bedroom if door is not well closed. Would be nice to have soap, shampoo, tablets for the washing machine. Instructions were very precise upon arrival. We appreciated the clear information given regarding the apartment. Check-in was at 15:00 with no flexibility to check-in earlier or even drop our luggages. Overall great stay in this apartment.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit einem sehr netten, sympathischen Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche in einer ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem mit der Regio nur ca. 30 Minuten nach Wien. Das Bett war bequem, es gibt Verdunkelungsrollos (falls es jemanden zu hell ist) und für Günther war es auch kein Problem, dass unsere Tochter spontan eine Nacht dazu kam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen, dass wir in Zukunft noch einmal länger hier wohnen können und empfehlen die Wohnung unbedingt weiter.

Sehr schönes Wellness-Appartment über den Dächern der Wiener Josefstadt. Strassenbahn direkt vor der Haustür und in 5 Min fussläufig sind alle wichtigen Geschäfte erreichbar. Das Apartment schaut nicht direkt zur Josefstädter Strasse, so dass Apartment und grosse Dachterrasse wunderbar ruhig sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Wohnung von Simone und haben uns direkt wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen stand Simone immer zur Verfügung. Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

le logement était parfait pour notre famille de 5 adultes, spatieux et lumineux l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville a pied ou en transport en commun. il y'a de très bon restaurants juste a côté. le bord du canal du Danube est très agréable pour se promener. Horst est très accueillant et accommodant

The apartment was perfectly placed between my office and the inner city with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need. The apartment itself was simple, but had everything I needed for a great 2-week stay.

Martinovo ubytování bylo skvělou variantou! Ve Vídni jsem byla již po několikáté a toto ubytování mě očarovalo. Perfektní destinace, krásně řešený interiér i pro čtyři dospělé osoby. Schönbrunn v pěší vzdálenosti, centrum do půl hodiny metrem. Hostitel byl milý, pokyny byly jasné. Příště přijedu znovu! (Vienna waits for you)

WOW this Airbnb was fabulous. We visited in April, and the weather was outstanding, so we were able to watch the sunset from the outdoor patio every night. The apartment is in a very cool area with great restaurants and bars, but is only a 15-20 minute walk to the major sights in the city center. The apartment itself was awesome—clean with a great layout. Two bedrooms and a queen bed off the living room separated by a screen. One bedroom has an attached bathroom and then there is a half bath and a full shower on the entry level floor. Easy to get in and out of, jimmy was responsive for any troubleshooting. Would be back to this apartment in a heartbeat.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Auch wenn es wirklich klein ist (was von Andre erwähnt wurde, also alles gut), hat man sich heimelig gefühlt, das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Die Anbindung ist klasse und das Check-In ging ohne große Probleme. Falls man etwas kochen möchte, sollte man sich ggf. noch Gewürze mitnehmen. Vor Ort gab's nämlich nur Zucker und Salz (soweit wir sehen konnten). Aber auch das bricht der Krone keinen Zacken raus. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen :)!

In Karola’s apartment you feel to be part of the village/town centre from the very first minute. It is on the mainroad but we did not hear any traffic!

Die Tage im „Frisierzimmer“ waren perfekt für uns. Egal ob Innenstadt, Naschmarkt, Westbahnhof, Wiener Stadthalle oder Raimund Theater - alles konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist eine ruhige, private und sehr gepflegte Oase inmitten der Stadt und Gastgeber Andre ist super zuverlässig, schnell und produktiv in der Kommunikation. Wir werden das Grey Art Loft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe Weihnachten mit meinen beiden Töchtern in Wien verbracht und wir hätten keine bessere Bleibe finden können. Super schön, bestens ausgestattet, ruhig, gut erreichbar. Gute Betten, Küche perfekt ausgestattet und alles sehr persönlich. Der Kontakt ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Super Restaurant Empfehlungen. Wir würden am liebsten einzuehen.

Apt is very nice and clean, Alexander is responsive and help at any time very quickly with any question. the location is a bit far from city center in my opinion, we were with 3 kids and had to take train in order to visit main attraction (which is ok).

Große Wohnung mit toller Dachterasse. Wir waren zu 6. dort und hatten genug Platz. Alles war funktionsfähig. Es war allgemein sauber und die Unterkunft sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren zufrieden.

Quiet, nice part of town, convenient, clean and lovely. The rooftop terrace was outstanding. The view is marvelous, the churches are lit at night and we also had a rainbow after a light rain that we were able to photograph behind the churches. Everything was great. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment but that was clear to us before we booked it, and the stairs were worth it for that terrace. Birgit met us at the unit, gave some area information and was readily available to help if we needed it, but we didn't.
