Located right next to the subway and between the new University of Economics and Business, the Convention Center and the famous Ferris Wheel, this is the perfect place to stay for your Vienna adventure. Es wird nur 3 Monate im Jahr für Einzelbuchungen vermietet. „- Karl is a perfect host. - His apartment is very well equipped and has Aircondition, close to the public transportation of "S- and U-Bahn". - Beside shopping mall with supermarkets and restaurants . -This place really makes you feel at home. - No hotel can ever offer the same hospitality.

Das neu renovierte (Bad und WC im April 2018 eingebaut) und gleichzeitig sehr gemütliche Apartment befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Gegend Wiens mit zahlreichen stilvollen Wiener Altbauten und liegt für Wien-Erkundigungen sehr zentral. Sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit der U-Bahn ist man schnell im Zentrum. Die für Wiener Altbauten typisch hohen Räume und großen Flügelfenster machen deinen Aufenthalt zu einem authentischen und unvergesslichen Erlebnis.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN THE CENTER - TOP LOCATION!

Bright, beautiful and quiet flat in the center - top location! Two rooms. Two bed (one big very comfortable double bed and in the other room one very comfortable proper single bed). Internet. Towels. Very clean. Great for couples, friends and business people. The apartment is on the first floor (or the second if you consider the ground floor as the first floor - it is not on the ground floor!) and there is an elevator.
