Meine Wohnung ist ein charmanter, 53m2 großer Altbau im Herzen Wiens, ausgestattet mit allem was du für deinen Aufenthalt benötigst. Alle Räume blicken in den ruhigen Innenhof des Hauses und stehen natürlich ausschließlich dir und deiner Begleitung zur Verfügung. Die Küche bietet die gesamte Ausstattung für ein gemütliches Dinner zu Hause. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage kannst du sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit den "Öffis" viele tolle Plätze und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt entdecken.

Very Central flat! on Mariahilfer Straße & U-bahn

A modern and fully equipped apartment in the very center of the city, on the lively pedestrian & shopping street of Mariahilfer Straße, with its many shops, Cafes, and restaurants. The apartment has a living-room & bedroom, 40sqm, and is within short walking distance to all attractions and is meters away from the metro line U3 and public transport. Check-in time 15:00-20:00 (3-8pm), late check-in possible if I know it well in advance.

72m2 - maison fin du XIX siècle. Entrée au niveau du sol. Chambre-cuisine avec canapé ( ce n’est pas un lit) et 2 chambres à coucher avec lit à 2 personnes, salle de bain et 2 WC; galerie avec fauteuils. Deuxième chambre avec deux lits séparés a côté de la Galerie . WC séparé. Trains pour aéroport et gare 2 min. centre-ville 10 min à pied.

Cozy and Luxurious Condo

Welcome to my little personal Refugium! My condo has a living room and a separate bedroom. It's small but has all the needed ammenities and a bit more. It's near subway and a pedestrian zone. I promise you, you will never be threatened to starve: There are small restaurants and supermarkets around the corner, almost 24/7.

안녕하세요^^ 저희 숙소는 있을 건 다 있는 원룸 스튜디오입니다. 비엔나 3구에 위치해 있고, 지하철과 직접 연결되어 있으며, 공항 20분, 도심 7분, 기차역까지 10분 거리입니다. 넓은 테라스가 2개나 있어 비엔나 전망을 감상하며 휴식을 취하실 수 있습니다. 대형 슈퍼마켓과 아시안 마트, 약국이 도보로 이용 가능합니다. 근처에 도미노피자와 아시안, 오리엔탈 레스토랑이 있습니다. 트램을 타고 도심까지 쉽게 이동 가능합니다.(오페라까지 10분 거리) 에어컨이 설치되어 있습니다.
