This is a 'bijou' , calm studio /duplex on a sunny day it is lightfilled. It's attached to my four bedroomed house. The town of wicklow is a 10 minute walk also beach,harbour, cliffs to the main bus to Dublin Bray Glendalough . it is a 22 minute walk to the train station. It is a residential neighbourhood ,a secluded corner house in a quiet cul de sac with parking. As I am a yogi it was designed with zen , calm ,relaxing atmosphere in mind. and is beside my home Yoga Studio.

This slightly elevated site offers amazing panoramic views of the Wicklow Mountains to one side and Blessington to the other. Both sunrise and sunsets over the lake must be seen to be believed.
