The house is centrally located in Wichita Falls, just a block away from Midwestern State University, minutes from the major shopping centers, 10 minutes to downtown or the MPEC Event Center, and 15 minutes to Sheppard AFB. Recently renovated, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room (with full size washer and dryer) and oversized sun room that doubles as 3rd bedroom. Enjoy the backyard with covered seating and fire pit.

Enjoy a refreshing stroll or jog through this tree lined centralized neighborhood. Midwestern State U, restaurants, shopping, etc., all within a few blocks. Bedrm 1-queen bed and en suite bathrm w/large walk-in shower. Bedrm 2-queen bed. Hall-full bath. Bedrm 3-large suite, w/king bed and den w/full size sleeper sofa. 55” smart tv. All bedrms have ceiling fans & usb/power next to beds. Den-55” smart tv, WiFi, dining table, breakfast nook, sunroom, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, seating, etc.

Our home has a king size bed in the main bedroom, two bunk beds in the larger spare room, another bunk bed in the smaller guest room, and a futon in the den. There is a grill, gazebo, play set, and bar in the backyard for grilling and fun. It is within walking distance of MSU, minutes away from the movie theater and restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown, and 15 minutes from base.

Electra, TX is a quaint small oilfield town with tons of character and wonderful history! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is about 1 mile away. Plus you can enjoy nature right on site when grilling out or sitting around the fire pit! Crib available upon request.
