Outside area includes a covered deck as well as an open deck. Charcoal grill available for outdoor cooking. Large fire pit for relaxing by the fire! Full access to the river for fishing and swimming. 18 miles to Baylor Stadium and Magnolia Market at the Silo! Come enjoy the Big Rocks on the Brazos!

Plenty of parking for your water toys! Only 5 minutes from McCown State Park with access to launch those toys! Kayaks can be launched at the landing. Perfect for a couples celebration or those here for fishing tournaments!

Back porch has wooded scenery, there is a small rocky beach 3 houses down. PLEASE OBSERVE HOUSE RULES BEFORE ARRIVAL. Pets are welcome PLEASE ASK BEFOREHAND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN AFTER THEM ; ie pet hair : vacuum before you leave - a charge will be assessed other wise Water to entire apartment is filtered.
