This property is located in the east valley about 20 min from the Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. The home is new, very clean and modern. It has a 2 car garage and the drive way is also available if additional parking is needed. The backyard is available for bbq’s or small gatherings. This property is perfect for any guest looking to relax and enjoy their time in a beautiful home or to just come home to sleep.
