The neighborhood itself is a 5 minute drive or short bike ride from grocery stores and restaurants, down the street from the neighborhood boat launch ramp, as well as nature preserve with paved trails that lead to YMCA. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
