Springtide Suite

Springtide Suite is a spacious apartment (1,100sq ft!) that occupies the ground floor of our home located just outside city limits, 17 miles from Tybee and 15-20 minutes from the downtown Historic District. It sleeps six with 1 official bedroom with 2 twin beds. 2 other twin beds and a bunk bed are located in more open common area. Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), large bathroom ( shower only) including laundry room. 3 car parking area directly in front of the Airbnb!

We're back! We took a break from listing this home for our mom (Karen) while we lived in it full-time and loved every minute! On quiet Whitemarsh Island, this home is the perfect getaway for your vacation, holiday or weekend retreat. Just 20 minutes from Tybee Island and 10 minutes from Savannah's Downtown, this location is perfect for you to experience all our beautiful city has to offer!

Savannah, HHI, I-95, airport, Kids & dog park!

CONVENIENT! 1.5 miles to I95, Savannah (20min), HHI (35), Beaufort (45) and airport (15)! 2 doors down, kids & dog park! Breakfast, snacks, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, grill, 2x patios and fire pit w/ wood are included! The place is set up so you'll feel at home, including items for kids and pets with NO pet fee. This comfortable townhouse is a great spot to explore the local area or for those just passing through. NOTE: 6/11/25 Broken sofa bed. There is a blowup mattress and the couch for now.

Canopy View: 1 BR Light-Filled Tree-house

A stone's throw from Forsyth Park, this is an 1870's townhouse that was lovingly restored in the classic Savannah style. This one-bedroom apartment is filled with sunlight, views of a green canopy of tree-tops, and has nice architectural details. Located on the second (top) floor, this walk-up apartment features hardwood floors, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bedroom ringed with 6 windows with a view of the courtyard garden. Rare off-street parking in downtown Savannah as a huge bonus!

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.
