I have remodeled my home to create a luxurious vacation rental space for two. The rental space offers privacy and has all of the amenities you will need and to relax and enjoy your stay.

South Bay Haven on Lake Superior - Paradise!

Experience the beauty and excitement up north living! Our lakeside location offers an abundance of things to do. View breathtaking sunrises over the lake, swimming, picnicking, campfires and fun! Or utilize the cottage as your home base for multiple excursions. This well outfitted cottage is just one mile north of town on a multi use road. Trail 45, 8 and 452 are just a short distance away for your off-road and snowmobiling adventures.

The Cabin

Our cabin is conveniently located directly across from the groomed snowmobile trail. Centrally located for easy access to Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rocks, the Soo Locks, and Oswald's Bear Ranch. Midway between Lakes Superior and Michigan with many inland lakes. New flooring and a full size fold out couch were added in the beginning of 2025. We can now accommodate 5-6 guests.

Welcome to The Bear Den, your cozy fall retreat in Paradise, MI! Enjoy 200 ft of private Lake Superior shoreline, crisp air, and vibrant fall colors. Explore ORV trails, hike Tahquamenon Falls, or visit Whitefish Point and the Shipwreck Museum. Evenings are best spent fireside by the lake. The Bear Den is the perfect spot to relax or adventure this fall!
