Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. At night, relax by the fire-pit while you roast marshmallows and listen to the owls.

River Bottom Bungalow

Pamper yourself with a very private Bungalow in the peaceful woods of west Athens (approx. 15 min from UGA). This newly renovated SPA-like space is a haven for wellness and relaxation. Situated on the Oconee River in the lovely River Bottom neighborhood, you'll enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of your own private custom-built cedar sauna, spacious marble shower, outdoor Jacuzzi, king bed & more. The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

Located near the historic square in Washington, Georgia. The square is easily walkable for shopping, antiquing and dining. History is just down the street with notable buildings including the Mary Wills library (complete with Tiffany windows), the Robert Toombs House, the Washington Historical Museum and the Kettle Creek battlefield. Just a short drive from Athens or Augusta if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay after a game or making your way to the Master’s tournament.

Welcome to "Hole in 1 Hideaway," our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom cottage on the 12th hole teebox in The Landing at Reynolds. Walk to sports courts, a driving range, and a playground. King and queen bedrooms offer golf course views. Enjoy the covered porch with grill and sectional couch. Ideal for family fun, weddings at the nearby Ritz-Carlton (10 mins away), couples' getaways, and lakeside relaxation. Lake access with temporary docks within neighborhood. Your perfect retreat!

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.

This is the perfect place to regroup, recharge and enjoy water activities. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise or sunset. Or you can truly go jump in the lake!

Property is a 2 unit house, We have renovated and moved into unit A full time and excited to be finally living the lake life!! Being onsite will enable us to be more proactive with maintenance etc. Water front in secluded cove with Dock for your use. Ample parking out front for vehicles and boat trailers. Boat ramp and convenience store within walking distance of house. Property is located off Rt 44 near Harmony Crossing. SORRY NO PETS.
