A great quiet place either for romantic getaway or family vacation. The host is super nice. The location is great, it is a very convenient start of numerous hiking trails, plus there is a private park on the hill.

Bardzo fajny obiekt na wypoczynek kilku pokoleniowej rodziny lub większej grupy: wiele pokoi, a każdy ze swoją łazienką, cztery zróżnicowane miejsca na wspólną zabawę, w zależności kto co i jak lubi (dzieci, dorośli, seniorzy). Ogród ze swoją małą architekturą jest dodatkową i bardzo atrakcyjną przestrzenią. W taki sposób spędziliśmy tam rodzinne Święta Wielkanocne i każdy wyjeżdżał po tych kilku dniach bardzo zadowolony. Piękna jest nie tylko ta bliska, ale i dalsza okolica. Przy obiekcie jest duży, własny parking, co jest ważne przy rozpakowywaniu i pakowaniu się przy wyjeździe. Paweł, który przekazywał i odbierał od nas obiekt jest przesympatycznym człowiekiem. Polecam.

Bellissimo! Una delle migliori case che abbiamo trovato nei nostri viaggi. Tutto nuovo e perfetto, casa spaziosa e silenziosa, meraviglia. Michal è molto attento e disponibile, una persona molto attenta e gentile. Siamo stati tre notti con nostro figlio piccolo per andare alle terme. È perfetta, puoi andare a piedi. La casa è fornita di tutto quello che puoi immaginare, i letti sono molto comodi. Parcheggio privato, giardino a disposizione, giochi per bambini, barbecue e atmosfera rilassante. Lo consigliamo sicuramente!

Kasia war immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bestens erreichbar. Kasia stellte uns sogar die Garage zur Verfügung, wo wir unsere Bikes unterbringen konnten. Die Lage ist top , d.h. schnell auf den Trails oder mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in der City. Der Ausblick vom Haus auf die Stadt ist super.

Potvrdzujem predchádzajúcich hostí – skutočnosť zodpovedá fotkám a ešte ich prekonáva. Záhrada je skvelá a pokojná. Ticho, pokoj, pár minút chôdze do lesa. Milý a slušný sused. Ocenili sme vnútorný kozub aj vonkajšie ohnisko. Telocvičňa stačí na rannú rozcvičku. K dispozícii bola práčka a sušička, a skvelo nám padla možnosť objednať si masáž. Vila je priestorovo veľmi štedrá – pre trojčlennú rodinu môže pôsobiť až príliš veľká, nabudúce prídeme aj s kamošmi.

Genuinely top-level spot for a getaway party. The house is fully prepared for having fun in a good style. Spent the weekend with 12 ppl here, everything served us well. Patryk was very responsive and open. Positive things you may not spot on photos: - the tv is a smart TV - there’s really a lot of dishes, glass and cutlery - there are three different balls: soccer, volley and rugby. Small thing but adds up. - you also have hammock - IT’S REALLY QUIET unless there’s another party near by* The pool table, darts and fusball are not a top quality but still they work and provide fun. *You may only keep in mind that there’s another huge party house right next to this one, so you may find another party / trip next to yours at the same time - that’s exactly what we had. But it was not a problem for us, actually we liked the other guys a lot. Your terrace will be on the other side of the house so you keep your privacy and eventually parties do not blend too much. Strongly recommend!

Viliam is great host with really nice house in very silent neighborhood. When we arrived we found a small surprise in the kitchen. :) we had no problem during our one week stay!

Miejsce bardzo zadbane, gospodarz bardzo miły. W domku każdy znajdzie cos fajnego dla siebie. Sala zabaw i miejsce SPA rewelacyjne. Okolica śliczna i fajne miejsca do spacerow.

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

The place was very clean, lots of space for everyone and great outdoor spaces. Location was great and walkable to the old town center and many restaurants. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again if in the area.

We had an absolutely incredible month-long stay at this beautiful villa. It was the perfect retreat for our family to unwind and spend quality time together. The privacy of the villa allowed us to truly relax, and we enjoyed every minute—from reading books, having fun in the pool, to unwinding in the sauna, and gathering around the cozy fireplace. The villa itself is even more stunning than the photos, with breathtaking views that left us in awe every day. Katarzyna & Anna were amazing—always responsive and attentive to all our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even surprising us with thoughtful gifts from their local farm. Their warmth and hospitality made our experience truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. We will definitely be back!

Very nice stay at Katarina’s place. She is a very kind and helpful host. Beautiful house with comfortable rooms, nice garden with sauna and jacuzzi ! It is also close to ski station and good hiking spot !

Wspaniały pobyt! Super kontakt z bardzo miłymi właścicielami. Duży przestronny dom w pięknym klimacie. Sauna i podgrzewany basen umiliły nam wypoczynek. Dom w pełni wyposażony. Bardzo blisko do kilku stoków narciarskich. Polecamy z całego serca ! :)

Wat een geweldig huis heeft Adriana. We hebben een week met super mooi weer gehad en met zo’n zwembad en tuin hoef je dan nergens heen. Een dagtrip naar Wenen en Bratislava zijn echter zo gemaakt en ook in de directe omgeving kan je mooie wandelingen maken. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoner dan elk huis waar we eerder geweest zijn. Een enorme aanrader!

The host was very receptive , always gives us the support at every need . The place was clean and very cosy . For sure the colleagues stayed there will come back .

Krásné ubytování, v krásném klidném místě. Hostitel naprosto perfektní milý a napomocny. Pro děti je tam dostatek zábavy. Chata nádherně čistá ,uklizena a voňavá. Nemám jedinou výtku . Určitě doporučuji.

Sehr gepflegtes großes Haus mit ausreichend Schlafmögkichkeiten. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat war die tolle Ausstattung der Küche - es waren sämtliche notwendige Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden. Der Garten mit Pool und Grillplatz ist ein richtiges Highlight für uns gewesen! Lukáš war ein sehr freundlicher Host, war stets erreichbar für uns und es war alles unkompliziert.
