It is good for 9 to 10 PAX. The space has its own bathroom,hot shower, is in ground floor , perfect for family and friends and colleagues. Not for different groups. Have an Aircon and Electric Fan. less than 3 to 5 minutes walk to Ayala Zobel Beach ( Aninuan Beach)
