Quaint, rustic Victorian Terraced House

A quaint, rustic house with some modern touches and just a ten minute walk from the Marina and the delights of Whitby. I do not live at the property so you will have full use of the house. There is an open plan lounge / diner which goes through to a large kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one large but cosy double attic room with bath and toilet/ small sink, a room with two single beds, which is next to a newly fitted bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom also in the first floor.

The cottage is snugly situated on a peaceful side street with beautiful sea views of Staithes Harbour and is a stone's throw from the sea front and the local pub. The cottage is beautifully presented with an open plan ground floor comprising of living room, dining area and well equipped modern kitchen.

Crows Nest is situated along Church Street opposite the pay and display car park. This spacious property is spread over 3 floors and benefits from a private seated patio area. The entrance leads into an open hallway with the fully equipped kitchen / diner and a living room off it. Upstairs to the first floor you will find a king size suite room and also a twin bedded room. Up on the third floor is the second king sized room and a bunk bedded room, plus separate bathroom.
