The Ager cottage is located on an island in the Chetek Chain of Lakes. 1 bedroom with queen bed, kitchen, futon, garage, dock. Causeway to the island. Nearby beach, airport, dog park, 2 miles to downtown Chetek. Boating, fishing, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling. Secluded cabin, sleeps 4 guests, but you have to like each other a lot. Wildlife viewing. Bald eagles, deer, otters, heron, wood ducks, muskrat, rabbits, turtles, frogs. Three kayaks, a Grumman canoe and two bicycles are available.

The cottage is located on our 80 acre farmstead in the bucolic rolling hills of Western Wisconsin just over an hour from the Twin Cities. Relax, create, or dream in this peaceful setting. Cherish time with loved ones. Hike along the creek, woodlands and fields. Enjoy the plentiful birds and wildlife. Bring your bike in the summer, and snow shoes in the winter. Cozy up to the wood stove with a hot beverage. Work remotely with our high speed WiFi. We welcome up to two dogs for an additional fee.

Country location, peaceful and quiet. Apartment above detached garage, full kitchen, small deck and private stairway with beautiful view of the surrounding trees. Easily accessible, 3 miles from I-94 and St. Hwy. 29, 1/2 way between the university cities of Eau Claire and Menomonie, 1 1/4 hours from St. Paul/Minneapolis. There is a growing art and music scene, with multiple music festivals, etc. The area also has fine restaurants, theaters, parks, and historical sites. Come to be restored.

Water's Edge House on Tainter Lake

Gorgeous little house with cap cod feel, right on the water. We call this baby "Water's Edge on Tainter Lake". Perfect way for a quick escape from the Twin cities, only 50 minutes away. Fish off the permanent dock on the water. Beautiful views and sunsets on a fun, active recreational lake. Short boat ride to Jake's super club. Some guests say its a "private location", but we are on a very active lake with houses close by. Please read our "other details to note" for more info.

Moon Bay Getaway: 2BR on Lake Wissota with Hot Tub

Come stay on a calm and quiet section of the lake. This newly renovated home on Lake Wissota makes for the perfect lake getaway any time of year. Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home comes with a full kitchen, a deck overlooking the lake, private dock, fire pit, 2 queen beds, a hot tub, and a 4 season room. 25 minutes from Menomonie (UW-Stout), 45 minutes to Eau Claire, 1 hr 15 minutes to MN. Kamshire Valley's Main Cabin offers an abundance of wildlife viewing, an inviting large brick patio and firepit, miles of trails for snowshoeing, hiking and cross-country skiing. Has 1 bedroom with Queen bed; If you need more rooms we have 2 additional rustic cabins (air, heat-no bathroom) that are available for additional $50/ cabin/night. The best nature has to offer, bring your camera!

Huber Cottage - Lakefront Cabin w/Dock and Beach

Prime location on the main part of Lake Chetek, the most popular lake in the Chetek chain,. Enjoy the convenience of shops and restaurants within walking distance without losing the true "cabin on the lake" experience! Enjoy access to the public beach next door or take your boat for a cruise through the famous Chetek chain of lakes; tie up your boat on our private dock when you're ready to hunker in for the night. An outdoor firepit is also available for s'more makin'!

Rush River Cottage & Gardens hosted by Phil & Kay

Milkhouse Cottage was rebuilt from the original Milkhouse built on our farm in 1906. Nestled in a peaceful valley across the road from the Rush River. Amenities include one queen bed, 1 queen sized comfortable queen sofa bed, air conditioning, private deck, private fire pit & 38 acres of private hiking trails and snowshowing trails. For larger groups we have another cottage on airbnb called the Trout Haus. Check on Airbnb or contact us regarding renting both houses.
