Allie's HillTop Haven - Bespoke B&B Downstairs

Description Allie's HillTop Haven enjoys views of Whanganui's countryside and the sea. Complimentary continental breakfast available to all guests. Both rooms are in their own wing but the garden is available for use. While the dining room, crockery, cutlery & glasses are available for use Allie prefers for people not to cook in the kitchen. Hello and thanks for checking out my listing. My home is brand new, having been completed in June 2020, and is located less than five minutes by car from the centre of Feilding. Come and enjoy a beautiful sunny bedroom with Queen bed and your own ensuite bathroom. A continental breakfast will be set out and waiting for you in the morning and I am happy to accommodate special dietary requests if possible. Guests are welcome to relax in the lounge area with a wine or tea/coffee.

Jailhouse Ridge - Private Spa Pool & 7 Acres

Jailhouse Ridge is a fully self-contained unit with its own private access, ideal for couples. It is surrounded with 7 acres of gardens, ponds & paddocks. Your own private spa awaits you on the deck & is serviced daily. With a Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, en-suite & log fire, it has everything you need for a fantastic stay. The mezzanine floor, accessed by a steep staircase, has a sofa, 42" TV , Freeview, DVD, WIFI. An extra 32" TV with Chrome-cast is downstairs.

Braemar House Deluxe Double (Bed only- x5 )

Braemar House is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, small groups & families (the most fantastic play park for kids is just a few minutes away). We're located just across the road from the Whanganui River & 10min walk from the main shopping street Victoria Avenue. Prices are per room - additional charges for either a cooked or continental (cereal, yoghurt & fruit) breakfast. This room has a queen bed, a small hand basin and a garden view.

Magical mid-century home

Hautawa was designed by well-known Wellington architect Sir Michael Fowler for my great grandparents Sir Thomas & Lady Duncan in the 1950s. Sir Thomas & Lady Duncan were recognised for their philanthropy toward polio victims in the 1940s. At the time the house was designed with no expense-spared and had all the mod-cons. It’s a very early example of Sir Michael Fowler’s architectural work, but a treasure for any mid-century architecture lover.

Motuoapa Retreat - Pied-A-Terre

We are located at Motuoapa and are close to many activites in the area. 10 minutes walk from Lake Taupo and 10km north of Turangi. Mount Ruapehu is 45 minutes drive away, walking and biking trails close by, including the renowned Tongariro Crossing, numerous rivers, including the Tongariro River for fly fishing. We can also take you fly fishing with gear supplied. We are fully conversant with what is available in the local area.

Self check in We offer a lovely quiet & private stand alone, self contained studio on a rear fully fenced section, you have your own space, perfect for couples, babies catered for too Continental breakfast is included, we don't do gluten/dairy free. We have recently installed a cedar hot tub, our guests have exclusive use of this anytime during the stay. It is not available to friends or family of our guests.
