North Country Cottage

This beautiful, recently renovated home is out in the country down a dead-end road, but still only a few miles from the town of Ladysmith. It is about a mile from a little county park on the Dairyland Reservoir, only a few miles from the local golf course, and just down the road from hopping on the snowmobile trail in the winter. There is a boat landing at the park for summer and access to ice fishing in the winter. We hope to earn 5*s and look forward to hosting you! State License #VJAS-BCCLDB

Lake Cottage on Sand Lake

Enjoy being steps from the water on Sand Lake which is one of the clearest lakes in the area. The updated cottage has all modern amenities which adds to the lake side appeal. For those who fish or like to boat, a private dock is provided for you and also steps to get in the water and cool off. There is a fire pit, Traeger Grill, full deck with lounge chairs, tables to enjoy meals with the family, and outdoor speaker system to enjoy some music. **2025 Bennington pontoon rental available**

The Bunk House Lakefront Cabin in Birchwood, Wi

Newly remodeled Lakeside Cabin on beautiful, spring fed, Spider Lake chain. The cabin is 4 season with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy brand new stainless steel Fridgaire Gallery appliances with a view of the lake from every window! Feel free to use the 2 person Canoe and three childrens Kayaks to explore the crystal clear chain of 6 Lakes. 75% of the lake is Ntl. Forest making it one of the most peaceful and quite lakes around. Great Crappie, Blue Gill, Bass and Northern fishing. ENJOY!

The Carriage House

Find the perfect getaway in this charming 1916 carriage house near the heart of downtown Ladysmith. Built on the spacious grounds of the historic Smith mansion, it boasts a full kitchen, spacious living room with a queen hideabed, queen bed in bedroom, and three season porch looking out to the private back yard, fire pit and woods beyond. The Memorial Park, just across the street, includes sandy beach, fishing dock, boat launch, basketball, pickleball and tennis courts, and snowmobile trail.

The Orchard Shed is a newly built shouse nestled at the foot of the Blue Hills There are 3 spacious bedrooms a large living room and kitchen. Christie Mountain ski resort and rock climbing is 4 miles away. Find Devils Kettle and other hiking adventures in the hills. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails. Snowmobile trails from your back door. UTV trails just down the road. The quiet calm of the apple orchard brings in deer and birds. Don’t miss the beautiful sunrises in the morning.

This is a quaint little cabin on the Flambeau River just outside of Ladysmith, WI (flambeau translastes to flaming torch) It is a clean space with rustic charm. It has a fully equipped kitchen, stove and fridge. A gas fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room. Snuggle up on the sofa or recliner, turn on the fireplace, and relax. There is one bedroom with a memory foam mattress. A loft with a sleeper couch. Free amenities, including cleaning. No pets and no smoking at any time please.

The Ager cottage is located on an island in the Chetek Chain of Lakes. 1 bedroom with queen bed, kitchen, futon, dock. Causeway to the island. Nearby beach, airport, dog park, 2 miles to downtown Chetek. Boating, fishing, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling. Secluded cabin, sleeps 4 guests, but you have to like each other a lot. Wildlife viewing. Bald eagles, deer, otters, heron, wood ducks, muskrat, rabbits, turtles, frogs. Three kayaks, a Grumman canoe and two bicycles are available.

Nestled on 20 wooded acres, this log cabin has all the privacy you need. Watch deer and other wildlife from the front door. The lofted main bedroom overlooks the wooden beams of the living room while the second bedroom gives additional guests privacy. Doggie door to a large fenced area with its own dog cabin. Large garage for parking vehicles to use on the trails accessible just behind the property. Electrical RV hookup in driveway. Trails throughout the acreage and small wetland area.
