Bubbly sunlit Newport cottage fantastic beach area

Newport and the beach are oh so close! Come relax in this sun splashed, newly renovated cottage. We left the charm and updated the rest by adding bright kitchen cabinets, newly refinished floors and all new furnishings. This cottage is sure to delight! Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar for 4 is ideal for indoor dining, or you can head out to the private backyard patio for dining alfresco. Peaceful and private cottage is within a mile to 2 wineries and not far from the Polo. So much to do

This beautiful cottage has waterviews from most rooms. 1st floor has 4 season porch, Living room opens to white kitchen w quartz countertops, dining area , bedroom and 1/2 bath. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms & full bath with laundry. Outdoor sitting at Small table in the front garden & Adirondack chairs in the backyard. 1/2 block to the beach, kayak, fishing, boat launch, cafe & 2 restaurants. Home has been renovated w love and caring. No parties. Please be considerate of cleaning person.
