Welcome to our charming 1940s cottage, nestled in the banks of the beautiful New Meadows River. This cozy getaway boasts stunning river views and vintage charm with all the modern comforts. With two bedrooms and a bright, airy living space, you’ll feel right at home. Conveniently located just off Route 1, you’re only 10 to 20 minutes from Maine’s top beaches, fine dining, and unique shopping experiences. Enjoy beautiful sunsets by the fire pit, unwind and make lasting memories by the river.

Hermit Thrush House

The 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom with laundry apartment is located at: 19 POORHOUSE COVE ROAD in South Bristol, Maine 04568. The apartment has skylights in the living room and kitchen and is located on a private property as a stand alone guest house. Close to Christmas Cove, Wawenock public/private golf course and 15 miles from scenic Damariscotta and the Pemaquid peninsula with a public white sand beach. Our waterfront is Poorhouse Cove, an estuary off of the Gulf of Maine, Atlantic Ocean.

The Stilt House

Once the island Trading Post (in the 1820's) now serves as a private retreat on Westport Island. The whole property has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1982. The building is nestled at the water's edge, half on land and half on stilts over the tidal waters of the Sheepscot River. The property has its own private deck, island, rocky beach, trails and hammock. This is an old structure - over 200 years old! A great piece of history and an absolute oasis.

Nebi—Private Yacht on Scenic Damariscotta River

With warm wood interior, Nebi has the comfort of a home and a 360-degree view of the tidal Damariscotta River. The quaint twin villages of Damariscotta - Newcastle are a 2-minute stroll away from the private marina with charming restaurants, galleries and a short drive to gorgeous lighthouses, walking trails and beaches.

Gorgeous riverside studio, the smaller of two AirBnB houses on the same property on the outskirts of beautiful and historic Bath, Maine. (The other, “Beautiful Summer River Retreat,” is a separate Airbnb rental.) Kitchenette, bathroom/shower, living room, and bedroom. Simple, modern decor. Close to great shops, restaurants, and beaches, and just a 20-minute drive from Bowdoin College. Adjacent to a boat launch, and a short walk from the Bath Marine Museum and a scenic dog park.

Bring your books, bikes and kayaks. Westport Island offers several preserves for hiking, a local brewery and is a central location to visit many nearby midcoast sights and activities.
