On the shores of Winnegance Creek in Bath, Maine—one of America’s best small towns—this 19th-century farmhouse has been completely renovated. Boasting waterfront views and sitting on more than an acre of land, opportunities for recreation and relaxation abound. Enjoy the outdoor deck, fire up the grill, visit the beach or the farmers market, explore the area via kayak, stargaze—so much to do! Not to mention shopping, restaurants, and all that downtown Bath and midcoast Maine have to offer!

The Stilt House

Once the island Trading Post (in the 1820's) now serves as a private retreat on Westport Island. The whole property has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1982. The building is nestled at the water's edge, half on land and half on stilts over the tidal waters of the Sheepscot River. The property has its own private deck, island, rocky beach, trails and hammock. This is an old structure - over 200 years old! A great piece of history and an absolute oasis.

A private waterfront cottage nestled away in the town of Edgecomb; “in the southern part of Lincoln County, which is situated upon the peninsula formed by the Sheepscot and Damariscotta Rivers, having Newcastle on the north and Boothbay upon the south. The cottage sits on an acre of land and is surrounded by beautiful forest and a view of the hallmark village, Wiscasset. Perfect place for couples, family, or friends to spend the summer/fall/vacation or getaway by the river's edge.

Winter or summer, the Little River Retreat will help you step away from the world - but still be minutes from Reid State Park, Five Islands Lobster, the Georgetown General Store, and the rugged beauty of Midcoast Maine. This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. We love the unique charm of this space and place, and many repeat guests do too. We hope you will treasure (and care for it) as we do!

Welcome to Dancing Pines Cottage! We are located across from West Harbor Pond with beautiful water views in each room. Relax on the deck or bbq on the patio or take a short drive into charming Boothbay Harbor town for lobster rolls. We have three bedrooms and a den/office and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house is private and has ample parking. One week rentals for June, July, and August (Saturday-Saturday). We accept either one dog or one cat.

Relax on the sunny deck, listen to the birds and lobster boats and watch the seals on the ledge at low tide. Take a walk for breathtaking scenic views of the Sheepscott river. Bring your books, bikes and kayaks. Westport Island offers several preserves for hiking, a local brewery and is a central location to visit many nearby midcoast sights and activities.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the home sleeps 6–8 guests with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, perfect for families or small groups. Modern comforts include an on-site EV charger, while classic Maine charm makes it an ideal place to relax, recharge, and enjoy life by the bay—paws included.

Enjoy sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from this 2002 home perched among spruce trees above the rocky coast. Watch for bald eagles and seals. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Walk down to the edge of the ocean to lounge or picnic. Walk 6 minutes or drive the 0.1 miles to the park entrance. Hike the Little River Trail. The house has vaulted ceilings, panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen, and whirlpool bath.
