Roomy 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Seneca, SC. Approximately 2.5 miles from Wal-Mart and 2 miles from Waffle House. 9 miles from Clemson football stadium. Excellent location with a short drive to restaurants, shopping, 3 24-hour gyms, and grocery stores. Located in a quiet subdivision with minimal traffic. This is the perfect spot, close to Seneca, but away from highly trafficked areas. Great for a working adult and quiet enough during the day for someone working third shift to sleep.

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Tranquil Chauga River Getaway

Tranquil Chauga River Getaway offers a clean, safe, quiet retreat on beautiful Chauga River. There is a private dock that offers fishing and access by boat to Lake Hartwell. Multiple private decks provide river views, as well as, wildlife like ducks, blue herring, birds, and the occasional beaver. Private, dead end road access means minimal traffic. Area provides activities like waterfalls, hiking, kayaking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing pier, rafting, sightseeing, etc.

Cozy Rustic Lakefront Cabin

“on the edge” is a small, cozy, rustic, lakefront cabin with easy walk to a private dock on Lake Hartwell. Great for fishing and swimming. Public boat ramp 2 miles. Living/dining area, two bedrooms. Relax on the large porch with swing and rocking chairs or enjoy fire pit area. No kitchen but includes microwave, full fridge, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker and gas grill. Perfect getaway but also near charming downtown Toccoa, Toccoa Falls, Currahee Mountain, hiking…..

Tiny house

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Windmill Cottage

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson.
