Kitchen is small in size but has a full size stove, microwave, a multi-function toaster/convection oven, dishwasher, multi function coffee maker, dishes, silverware & cookware. The Roku TV lets you stream your favorite shows.

Centrally located, minutes from Olde Town Arvada or route I-70 to head up to the mountains, 20 minutes from Denver, Golden, Red Rocks and 30 minutes to beautiful Boulder. We do have an upstairs roommate, a shepherd mix puppy named Kiwi.

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.
