Once a hidden gem, Botany Bay is a short walk away

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Our beach apartment is in a beautiful converted Victorian period house, with it's own private balcony, less than 5 mins walk from Minnis Bay Beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.

Victorian Apartment with Beautiful Sea Views

Victorian apartment with a beautiful sea view towards the famed Turner Contemporary. Look out to sea through the porthole window as you start the day with a coffee from the Nespresso machine. Then head out on a short walk round the bay into the vibrant Old Town to explore the antique shops, galleries and cafés. SeaSeat, amazing sea view flat

SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Stylish and comfortable, light and airy ..a little seaside gem!

Overlooking Margate Sands, central location. 5 minutes walk from the train station and Free parking. You can spend hours watching the world go by in our beautiful seaside apartment. We have lovingly refurbished our entire apartment, creating a beautiful, stylish and contemporary interior. The sunset is perfectly captured from the luxurious velvet sofas . Glamping pod in cliff top location overlooking the secluded bay of Epple Bay with stunning sea views. Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate are all within easy reach. The pod is walking distance from Birchington village with a large range of shops, resturants and pubs. Getting to the pod is easy with good local road network, walking distance to local train station in Birchington with regular and high speed trains to London and close access to local bus routes.

This light and airy two bedroom flat has French doors opening onto a patio area with communal gardens beyond. The apartment is ideally positioned to enjoy the seaside town of Broadstairs which has an excellent selection of shops offering local produce with many restaurants, coffee bars and pubs. The Westwood Cross shopping centre is only a short drive away and has larger stores, restaurants, leisure centre and cinema.
