SEA VIEW apartment - 3 min walk from Old Leigh

The apartment is perfectly positioned with Old Leigh cockle sheds and pubs a 3-minute walk down the hill and the shops & cafes of Leigh just 3 minutes walk up the hill. The apartment has a splendid view of the estuary from the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a view of the sea too! Being a ground floor flat there is easy access to the shared lawn outside. There is a designated car-parking space. Leigh station is a 15-minute walk away and 55 mins from London Fenchurch st.

It is a 5 min walk to the seafront, 10 minutes from town/city and 7 minutes walk to Westcliff station where you can access London in around 45 minutes.
