The Lookout is situated directly on the sea front between Southend on sea and Thorpe bay. We have stunning sea views and our balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset over Southend pier. The beach is right outside our front door and a 15 min walk along it will take you to Southend sea front, with its many arcades and Adventure island. The 1 bedroom luxury apartment has a king size bed, south facing balcony, full kitchen, stylish wet room, 50" curved tv, free wifi and a log burner.

My home is located in a lovely and calm cul-de-sac just a 5 minute drive from Billericay high street. The main train line at Billericay has regular trains to Stratford and Liverpool Street in London taking roughly 35 minutes. There are 3 wedding venues very nearby, Stockbrook Manor, Greenwood’s & Crondon Park. To walk to the station or high street takes 25-30mins. Much less by car or taxi, 5-7 mins. There are lots of smaller footpaths to enjoy locally too. There is a local pub within walking distance. The coach house is ideal for people attending events at local venues such as Crondon Park & Greenwoods in nearby Stock.
