The house has a spacious interior, the bed was comfy, the place was really clean, and the backyard was a nice place to relax. Easy to get to and conveniently located for an event I was attending in Calabasas.

Patrese and Katie were great hosts. They responded very fast with very useful information. Our check in process was smooth. The house was beautiful and quiet. There were clear instructions and rules in a book near the frozen door. Multiple power plugs were available in each room and were suitable for different types of chargers. Lots of places to sit with a variety of dishes to choose from. The view of the pool was nice. Outdoor area was our favorite place to stay.

The apartment matched pictures in listing and was clean. Check-in and check-out was simple. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. I would definitely book again.

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

This was a great location close to the beaches, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We truly appreciated how flexible and welcoming they were, especially with an early check-in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience with a great host.

One of the best places to stay if you are around Glendale. It’s really comfortable and chill. The host is a nice person, very responsive and respectful. There is a mall across the street and many places to visit. Worth the money.

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

A great place to stay! My family came to California for a wedding and this place was amazing and convenient to everything that we needed. Min was super responsive whenever I ran into an issue. It was absolutely perfect since it was also a dog friendly house and we needed to step away for the wedding and so the dog had a safe place to be as well. Thank you!
